Dr. Jonathan L. Wong, DMD
Board-certified Dentist Anesthesiologist
Jonathan Wong attempted to circumnavigate the globe on his paddleboard. A chance meeting with the Loch Ness Monster wrecked his journey of personal enlightenment and led him to dental anesthesia. He packed up his wetsuit, graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University, receiving both his Bachelor of Science and DMD. Dr. Wong completed his general practice residency and hospital dentistry training at Saint John’s Mercy Medical Center in Saint Louis. He moved to Arizona, completing two years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and anesthesia training at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. In New York, he completed his residency at Stony Brook Medical Center, serving as chief resident. Here, he specialized in provided sedation and general anesthesia to pediatric and adult patients undergoing medical or dental procedures.
Dr. Wong maintains certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is a Diplomate of both the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, and a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Wong lectures both locally and nationally to healthcare professionals on anesthesia safety and guidelines. The Springfield Isotopes are his favorite baseball team. He carries a hydro spanner in his toolbox. He was the muse for Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe.”
Dr. Jillian Reynolds, DDS

Jillian Reynolds was instrumental in her role at the American Origami Society; her steward leadership prevented them from folding. She was always searching for new angles. She graduated from West Virginia University and then Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, earning her DDS. She moved to New York City and completed the two-year Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn.
Dr. Reynolds is trained to treat all types of children, including those patients with special healthcare needs. Dr. Reynolds is trained to provide treatment using nitrous oxide/oxygen anxiolysis in the office. She has hospital privileges at the Children’s Hospital of King’s Daughters to complete treatment under general anesthesia. Dr. Reynolds is a proud Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and maintains her active membership with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. She credits Dawn Staley’s basketball camps for her tight handle and butter jumper. The German short-haired pointer is her spirit animal. She has the directional sense of a homing pigeon. Organization is her love language.
Dr. Scott Sachs, DDS

Scott Sachs dabbled amongst the croquet elite. After the “Miracle in Myanmar” in which he successfully holed five wickets in one strike, his name echoed in the sport’s G.O.A.T conversation. But then he abruptly hung up the mallet and abandoned the limelight. He took his talents to the University of Virginia, and then to Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, earning his DDS. He moved to New York City, completing both a one-year general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, followed by a two-year pediatric dental residency at New York University, in which he served as one of the chief residents his final year.

Lindsay Wong
Business Manager
Lindsay Wong was Euclid’s finest student; however, it frustrated her that parallel lines have so much in common but never meet. She decided to change tangent. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, receiving both her Bachelor of Science and her master’s with honors in occupational therapy. It was after she moved to Hampton Roads and worked as a pediatric occupational therapist that she met her true love, pickling. The relationship started sour. Working through salty times finally spawned Coastal Pickling Company in 2022. Lindsay produces artisanal, small batch, obsessively procured produce of the highest pickling potential. While the public praises her products, people are not purview to her proprietary pickling paradigm. Lindsay serves as the business manager at Coastal Pediatric Dental and Anesthesia. She enjoys horticulture and felines. Precision is her favorite food group.
Eliana Nelson
Registered Nurse
Eliana Nelson formerly operated under the camouflage and secrecy of espionage. She was a highly trained secret agent whose memory was erased after a failed spy mission. After her agency wronged her, she vowed to forever help others. She pursued a career in nursing which included advanced education at Jewish Hospital School at Washington University in St. Louis, SUNY Albany, and National University in San Diego. Eliana Nelson is the dedicated, full-time registered nurse at Coastal Pediatric Dental and Anesthesia. She has almost five decades of experience in pediatrics, concentrated mostly in pediatric intensive care, general anesthesia, and the perioperative process. She considers the exchange of knowledge the most rewarding part of her job. She is interested in education and the nuances of holistic medicine. She is mother to three professional sons and the current legal guardian for 99 rescue plants. She commutes in a hot air balloon. Her handwriting is so beautiful that a nursing magazine once dubbed it “Nantucket in the early Fall.” She loves music including Yossi Azulay, Simon & Garfunkel, and Megan Thee Stallion.
